What we do

Abodus Student Living is a fully independent provider of industry leading, end-to-end solutions for private equity and institutional investors in the student accommodation sector. 

Our service model begins with identifying high-potential assets, whether standing properties or development sites, using in-depth market and revenue analysis to align with our clients’ investment goals. We facilitate the acquisition, onboard assets onto our state-of-the-art operational platform, and provide ongoing support to optimise asset performance throughout its lifecycle.

During the operational phase, we collaborate with investors to manage technical due diligence, manage any necessary rectifications, and identify accretive capital improvement opportunities that enhance asset value.

When investors seek an exit, we can facilitate a streamlined divestment process, ensuring maximised returns.
